Completion. The building stands under its 1977 permit; the change of use permit is being issued. The developer's timetable is six months from the permit, with three months of grace on top. The floor height is 2.55 m on both levels.

Konum. The metro station is 200 m away, the nearest hospital 500 m, the sea 600 m and the Port of Piraeus 1,500 m. Piraeus is the largest port in Greece and the main gateway to the Aegean islands; Mikrolimano, Pasalimani and Zea Marina make up the waterfront within walking distance.

Payment plan. Two options are offered: a 10 percent deposit with the balance on the final contract, or a 30 percent deposit with instalments until handover. The developer provides property management for three years, with a 20 percent management fee.
