Current availability (9 September 2026). The scheme had two apartments; A-13 has been sold. The one left on sale is M-23: 54.16 m² internal, a 19.80 m² balcony, 73.96 m² in total. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, priced at €280,000.

Kira garantisi. The developer gives a rental guarantee of 24,000 euro in total for three years. Property management is also offered for three years, with a 20 percent management fee.

Completion. The building stands under its 1980 permit. Handover is the second quarter of 2027, with three months of grace on top. The floor height is 2.75 m.

Konum. Ilion is one of the Athens districts that mass tourism and short term letting have not reached, a place people actually live in. It connects well to the main roads and sits away from the congestion of the centre; on the same budget you get a wider layout and more outdoor space than in a more central location.

Payment plan. A 10 percent deposit with the balance on the final contract, or a 30 percent deposit with instalments until handover.
