Tenure and charges. The apartments are sold on a 250 year lease with zero ground rent. Each apartment comes with the right to use a parking space, and the houses have basement parking. Every home at Knights Park belongs to a management company and pays an estate charge.

Payment plan. Contracts are exchanged within 21 days of reservation with 10% of the price paid. An interim payment of 5% follows three months after exchange, and the remaining 85% is paid on completion.

Location and transport. The university primary school and nursery are 0.2 miles away and the Sainsbury’s supermarket 0.3 miles. Cambridge city centre is 1.9 miles; there is a fast train to London and Stansted Airport is about 30 minutes. Cycle and walking routes are the backbone of the neighbourhood.
