Current availability (9 September 2026). There are 13 apartments on sale: nine in The Gallery and four in The Regent. Prices run £587,000 to £1,616,000 and sizes range from 38 m² to 114 m² (412 to 1,223 sq ft); every apartment has a balcony or a terrace.
Rental yield. The estimated rents on the developer’s list run £2,708 to £7,700 a month, which puts the gross yield at 5.0 to 6.1 percent with the highest yields on the three bedroom apartments. The rent estimates come from Johns & Co, who work with the developer, and are not guaranteed.
Entry prices. On the sales team’s notice of 9 September 2026, Manhattan apartments start at £587,000, one bedrooms £746,000, two bedrooms £1,117,000 and three bedrooms £1,434,000. On selected three bedroom apartments the gross yield is reported to reach 6.5 percent according to the sales team. The tables below come from the developer’s dated price lists; where the two sources differ we confirm which apartment carries which price.
Completion. Three apartments in The Regent are complete and ready to move into, and the fourth completes in September 2026. In The Gallery, completion runs from September 2026 to November 2026.
Tenure and charges. apartments 999 year leasehold running from 1 January 2025. Ground rent is a peppercorn, as the legislation requires. The estimated service charge is £6.40 to £6.50 per sq ft a year in The Gallery and £6.62 in The Regent.
Payment plan. The reservation deposit is £5,000 up to £999,999 and £10,000 from £1 million. Contracts are exchanged within 28 days of reservation, when 10 percent is paid; the balance of 90 percent is paid on completion.
