- DAMAC Hills 2 sits away from the city centre, and for a tenant profile commuting into the centre daily there are more suitable options in our portfolio.
- The area is not on a metro line; transport depends on a car.
- A great many phases are being handed over in the same community; the concentration of supply can hold rents down.
- Settle the service charge and maintenance rates in advance.
