Embassy Gardens

The architecture is highly distinctive, with apartments set among landscaped public squares, parks and magnificent gardens. The high standard of amenities includes the exclusive Eagle club with its own library and gym, the world-famous Sky Pool, as well as a spa, cinema and business facilities.

With the relocation of the US Embassy to the area, directly opposite Pimlico and the revitalisation of the nearby Battersea Power Station, Embassy Gardens is the centrepiece of the last major new development in central London.

Completed in 2019, the 215,000 square metre One Embassy Gardens office building was designed by Lee Polisano of PLP Architects. The building features 10 floors of outstanding commercial space, a unique roof terrace and winter gardens offering spectacular views over the River Thames and central London. Tenants include Penguin Random House UK and Dorling Kindersley.
