Hoola Royal Docks London

Hoola Royal Docks, a project destined to become one of London's landmarks, consists of two almost identical 24-storey towers. The undulating glass balconies surrounding the towers add a strong dynamic to the already soft and fluid plan forms.

Set on a landscaped hilltop, the towers command 360-degree views of the Royal Docks, the River Thames, the O2 Arena, the Olympic Park, and London.
All apartments benefit from a range of amenities including a gym, workspace and the comfort and security of concierge services.

The open space around Hoola is organised to make the most of its unique location between the city and the river. There are courtyards, gardens, playgrounds and quiet areas to sit and relax.
On the western and northern edges of the site are a series of planted terraces that elegantly conceal the car and bicycle parking and service areas in the basement, while at the same time providing a sheltered plateau for the residents' garden and children's play areas.

Hoola was designed by internationally renowned architects CZWG, working with interiors specialists Johnson Naylor. The gardens are the work of Churchman Landscape Architects.
