Levante Villas is an exclusive collection of five villas on the quiet coastline of Skroponeria, just 100 metres from the sea. Each villa is set over two floors with 130 square metres of internal space and an area at basement level prepared for a swimming pool.<\/p>\n

The architecture represents an understated idea of luxury: contemporary lines and a siting that respects the landscape. Its proximity to Athens makes this a retreat that works all year round.<\/p>\n

The only Golden Visa eligible project in our portfolio.<\/strong> Under the Greek Golden Visa programme the threshold is EUR 800,000 for Attica and Thessaloniki and EUR 400,000 elsewhere; both routes require a single residential property of at least 120 square metres. Levante meets all three conditions: being in Boeotia it falls under the EUR 400,000 threshold, its 130 square metres of internal space clears the 120 square metre requirement, and at EUR 695,000 it sits clearly above the threshold. The apartments in Athens and Thessaloniki are between 30 and 63 square metres and so do not meet the size requirement, which makes them ineligible for the Golden Visa.<\/p>\n

    • Kitchen:<\/strong> 18 mm white melamine carcasses with laminated fronts, soft close hinges and drawer runners; a 19 mm high pressure laminate worktop with an 8 mm splashback in the same material; integrated hob and extractor.<\/li>\n
    • Bathroom:<\/strong> walls and floor fully tiled, an acrylic anti-slip shower tray, a clear glass shower screen, a vanity unit with an integrated basin, and the plumbing concealed inside the unit.<\/li>\n
