Boulevard consists of 54 apartments over five floors on Thiseos Avenue, the main artery of Kallithea. Every apartment is a one bedroom of roughly 40 square metres. It is OIKOS\u2019s third development on the same street, after Thiseos Service Apartments and the Knowlodge student residence.<\/p>\n

Thiseos Avenue is the largest shopping street in Athens. It is a wide pavemented street full of shops, cafes and restaurants, running down to Kallithea Marina and the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Centre. The Greek government plans to modernise it and connect it to the Ellinikon project.<\/p>\n

All 54 apartments being the same type is an advantage for letting: management, furnishing and maintenance settle onto a single standard. Within walking distance of Harokopio and Panteion universities, these apartments look built for student and young professional tenancies.<\/p>\n
