Meridia Residences is a development of 47 apartments over five floors in Piraeus, one of the largest ports in the Mediterranean. The apartments run from 37 to 57 square metres in one and two bedroom layouts. Generous balconies and an open plan interior give a sense of space in a small footprint. The ground floor apartments look onto a private internal garden.<\/p>\n

Piraeus is more than the gateway to the islands; it is a city with a character of its own. The growth of the port, the expansion of cruise tourism and the extension of the metro have moved the area into one of its busiest periods in decades. A large regeneration scheme of more than 600 homes and 250 serviced apartments is under way close to Meridia, with deliveries starting in 2026. Two further serviced apartment and hotel projects are within walking distance, one of them 150 to 200 metres away.<\/p>\n

    • Kitchen:<\/strong> 18 mm white melamine carcasses with laminated fronts, soft close hinges and drawer runners; a 19 mm high pressure laminate worktop with an 8 mm splashback in the same material; integrated hob and extractor.<\/li>\n
    • Bathroom:<\/strong> walls and floor fully tiled, an acrylic anti-slip shower tray, a clear glass shower screen, a vanity unit with an integrated basin, and the plumbing concealed inside the unit.<\/li>\n
    • Wardrobes:<\/strong> floor to ceiling, fully fitted, with hinged or sliding doors.<\/li>\n
