That the school, the shop and the square at Marleigh were handed over together with the homes is concrete evidence of the developer\u2019s experience in building neighbourhoods at this scale.<\/p>\n<h2>Why Marleigh?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The neighbourhood is already built.<\/strong> The most common disappointment in new housing schemes is that the school and the shops in the brochure open years later. At Marleigh they are already here: the primary school is taking pupils, the Co-op is open, the square is in use. For a buyer with children that removes the biggest uncertainty in the decision.
